We don't collect this information any other way, and the form is the only place on the site that asks for it.

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, schedule a locate, or answer a question. We don't use it for marketing emails, and we don't add you to a mailing list. If we quote or complete a job for you, we may keep basic contact and job details on file the way any small service business would, for scheduling, invoicing, and following up if you contact us again.

Third-Party Services

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam submissions. Google's own privacy policy and terms of service govern how reCAPTCHA processes that interaction, and we don't control or see that data beyond the standard verification result. Our website is also linked to our Facebook and Instagram pages. If you click through to either one, you're subject to that platform's own privacy policy, not this one.

Sharing Your Information

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We don't share it with third parties except where required to do the work you've asked for (for example, if a project genuinely requires coordination with a utility company) or where required by law.

Data Retention

We keep contact and job information for as long as it's useful for scheduling, invoicing, warranty, or following up on past work, and delete or stop using it when it no longer serves that purpose.
